What is a Therapy                                                                                                                            

Baby is hungry and crying very loudly but the mother is very far away. The mother is not even aware that her baby is crying. The father tries his best to calm the baby but nothing works. In the end the father gives toys to the baby. The baby suddenly becomes quite but how long  the baby will be fooled by the toys. Only mother's milk is required by the baby and this is what the baby needs at that moment.

We seek for Quick Remedies for a problem. They are certainly quick to show result But they are definitely not the Solution for that problem.

We are the cause of our own suffering. All therapies are Toys to Calm the Anxiety in our mind and relieve tensions from the Body. Therapies do help us for a while but they are not a permanent solution. We need to go to the  root cause of the Disease and most of time it’s our life style and our Vision towards Life. To overcome pain we look towards therapist but very rarely we look at our life style which causes problem.

Nature is the Best therapy. Early Morning walk, Fresh Air, Lush Green Garden, Nutritious food prepared with Love, Sight of Sunset with beloved, sound of Rain drops and Flowing water is all heals us. Any thing that connects us to our real nature or brings us close to nature can act as a therapy.



As a Therapist I can say from my experience that many times we don’t need the help of a Therapist. Nature has provided us all type of Cures and nature itself is the best healer we have all the time.

Our modern life style has taken us away from nature but we ourselves are choosing to stay away from Love. Love is always there in our heart but our doors are close. May be the door is open and we just have to look towards it.

At this very moment we can look towards some one with a very loving look and door of love will open again. Just a loving look can change the whole chemistry between us.
It can be a new beginning for us. “everyday is the first day of the rest of our life”. Why not give ourselves a fresh start to live joyfully and lovingly.

What ever little things we do in life we can fill that activity with love. We eat food but we don’t have gratitude towards food. Everything in life we have, we take it for granted and our mind seeks for things which we don’t have. Very rarely we enjoy things which we already have. All the time the mind keeps on moving in future.
And the funny thing is that if by chance “we achieve what we have desired so much, by that time, we have lost interest in that thing and mind is craving after something else”.

Our direction of vision is always outside, always towards other person or thing. Most of us seek love from our partners or others. But no matter how many people love me, I won't be satisfied. Ultimately Self Acceptance or Self Love is Going to satisfy me and heal me. Once I start loving myself there wont be any wound inside my heart. Most of our wounds are because we feel the other person ditched us, betrayed us and that is the story for thousands of years. No amount of attention from any one can satisfy me. Only Self Love is the answer to all wounds.

Everyone is unique but our mind compares and comparison invites Trouble for ourselves. Chances are very much that many of us have so much become accustomed to suffering that we don’t want to leave it. Slowly we start accepting everything around us but never ourselves. Most of our action in life are mechanical rather than Loving.


Body has needs like food, sleep etc and these needs can be fulfilled and should be fulfilled. Mind has desires like fame, Status, Money etc. and they can never be fulfilled but most of time we try to fulfill them only.

Many times we deprive our body from sleep to watch a movie. Many times we eat food that suits our tongue rather than what our body really needs. Our body needs some exercise either we do lot of body building or we do nothing. This kind of life style surely builds disease over a period of time.

The Mature person understands that by giving love to some one, I am inviting love for myself. Love will not only come from other person but also from myself.

Suppose I look lovingly at some one then that feeling of love first touches my heart and then it reaches to the other person. The only way to receive love is to first give it to some one.

When we throw a stone in Pond then the first ripple is formed where the stone hits the water. Same way love starts from ourselves and then only it reaches other souls. The Body is the more gross part of us.

Acceptance and Gratitude towards our body is first step towards self love.
1. While taking bath, touching each part of body lovingly is a wonderful exercise. No part of our body is ugly it’s another matter that society has set some false parameters of beauty and these parameter changes from country to country.
2. While going to sleep thanking and relaxing each part of our body.
3. Giving Oil Massage to Body.
4. Pampering ourselves once in a while as we are a Royal person.

If I am not going to love myself then who will?
If I don’t see beauty in myself then how some one, can else will see beauty in me.
Most of time we seek love from other and other person is seeking love from us.
It’s like two beggars begging love from each other.
